6. Agreement between Customer and Vendor

Finding or contacting a vendor through Wedindo does not automatically create a direct contract between the customer and the vendor.

If a customer avails a vendor's services, the price, advance payment, scope of work, service timeline, cancellation, refunds, and other terms shall be determined between the customer and the vendor.

Before availing a vendor's services, the customer should:

• Verify the vendor's identity and work samples.
• Inquire about the total cost of services and any additional expenses.
• Confirm payment and refund terms in writing.
• Obtain a written contract or receipt, as necessary.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Wedindo itself is not a wedding service provider, a party to the contract, a recipient of funds, or a guarantor of services. If Wedindo enters into a direct contract for a specific service, the separate terms and conditions for that service will apply.
